To make this possible, we ship our products directly from our trusted international suppliers. This approach allows us to reduce transport and storage costs and offer our pieces at a balanced price without compromising quality.

Processing time: 1–3 business days.
Estimated delivery time: 2–14 business days.

For engraved or personalized jewelry, please allow 2–4 weeks for delivery due to the customization process and high demand.

Free Worldwide Shipping

Shipping is always free. There is no minimum order value required.

Important Information

  • If an incorrect delivery address is provided and the package cannot be delivered, additional shipping costs for resending will be the customer’s responsibility.

  • Memoraé is not responsible for any damage caused during transit.

  • If you are not available at the time of delivery, the courier will leave a notice. If the parcel is not collected within 15 days, it may be returned to the sender.

  • Once your order has been shipped, it is not possible to change the delivery address.

  • Memoraé is not responsible for any customs fees, duties, or taxes that may apply. These costs are the responsibility of the buyer.
