Shipping Coverage
We currently ship within the United States only. At this time, we do not offer international shipping.
Free Shipping
We are pleased to offer free standard shipping on all orders within the United States. There are no minimum purchase requirements, and all orders are shipped with care at no additional cost to you.
Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and U.S. holidays.
Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details so you can follow your package every step of the way.
Delivery Time
Estimated delivery time is typically 5–10 business days after your order has been shipped. Please note that delivery times may vary depending on your location, carrier delays, or seasonal demand.
While we do our best to ensure timely delivery, Memoraé Jewels is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or unforeseen circumstances such as weather conditions or high shipping volumes.
Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this tracking number to monitor the status and estimated delivery of your package.
If you do not receive your tracking information within a few days of placing your order, please contact us and we will be happy to assist you.
Incorrect Address
Please ensure that your shipping address is accurate and complete at the time of checkout. Memoraé Jewels is not responsible for orders that are delayed or lost due to incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by the customer.
If you notice an error in your shipping details, please contact us as soon as possible. While we will do our best to make changes, we cannot guarantee updates once an order has been processed.
Lost or Stolen Packages
Memoraé Jewels is not liable for lost or stolen packages that are marked as delivered by the carrier. If you believe your package has been lost or stolen, we recommend contacting the shipping carrier directly.
However, please feel free to reach out to us and we will do our best to assist you in resolving the issue.
Damaged Packages
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the item and packaging. We will review the situation and work with you to find a suitable resolution.
