Our jewelry is designed to hold a small amount of ashes or hair. The filling process is done by the customer.

Yes. Our jewelry is waterproof and suitable for everyday wear, including exposure to water such as hand washing or rain.

Does the necklace come with a chain?

Yes. When a product is listed as a necklace, it includes the chain shown on the product page.

Can the jewelry be worn daily?

Orders can only be canceled or changed before they enter processing. Once processing has started, changes or cancellations are no longer possible.

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different item, you may return the original order once approved and place a new order separately.
