We offer a 30-day return window from the date your order is delivered. If for any reason you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return within this period.

  • Proof of purchase (such as your order confirmation or receipt) is required

Items that do not meet these conditions may not be eligible for a refund.

Important Product Considerations

Due to the personal and sentimental nature of memorial jewelry, we ask that all returns are handled with care. Items that show signs of wear, damage, or alteration may not be accepted.

For hygiene and safety reasons, certain items such as earrings may not be eligible for return unless they arrive damaged or defective.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received is defective, damaged, or incorrect.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as Memoraé Jewels is not responsible for returns lost in transit.

Refund Process

Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed within 10 business days and issued to your original payment method. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or payment provider to complete the transaction.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Include clear photos of the item and packaging so we can resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

In such cases, we will offer a replacement or a full refund at no additional cost to you.

Order Cancellation

Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase for a full refund. Once an order has been processed or shipped, it can no longer be canceled and must go through the return process.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you have not received your refund after the processing period:
