Order Cancellation
At Memoraé, orders are prepared for fulfillment shortly after purchase. Because of this, cancellation is only possible before an order enters processing.
Once an order has begun processing, it can no longer be canceled or modified.
Order Processing
Orders typically enter processing soon after payment is confirmed.
Once processing has started, we are unable to stop, change, or intercept the shipment.
Our products are fulfilled and shipped from international facilities in Asia, and processing timelines may vary.
Orders That Have Shipped
If an order has already been shipped or is in transit, it cannot be canceled.
In these cases, the order must be received by the customer. If you wish to return the item after delivery, please refer to our Return Policy for available options.
How to Request a Cancellation
To request a cancellation, please contact info@memoraejewels.com as soon as possible after placing your order.
Cancellation requests must be submitted before the order enters processing.
Requests received after processing has begun may not be processed.
