Return Policy
At Memoraé, we want every piece to bring comfort and meaning. If your purchase is not quite right, you may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition as received, unworn or unused, with tags, and in the original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
How to Request a Return
To start a return, please contact us at info@memoraejewels.com.
If your return is approved, we will provide detailed instructions on how and where to send your package.
Items sent back to us without prior approval cannot be accepted.
Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Returns are sent directly to our warehouse, and the average return cost is approximately €15.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon arrival. If the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us immediately at info@memoraejewels.com so we can evaluate the issue and find a solution.
A photo or video of the damage or defect is required for assessment.

Exchanges
The fastest way to receive the item you want is to return your original purchase once approved and place a new order for the preferred item.
Refunds
We will notify you once your return has been received and inspected.
If approved, your refund will be issued automatically to your original payment method.
Please note that your bank or credit card provider may take additional time to process and post the refund.
